Unfortunately, due to the atypical eating styles of Western women and their quick food habits, they are devoid of the nutrients needed by their body. Unfortunately, these cookies are very fattening. Because of the fiber not much sodium and other harmful ingredients are added, so you are tied to eat more carbohydrates than you would if you had a choice. And of course, carbohydrates cause hunger which leads to cravings which leads to Powder sugar or other add-ons that spoils theHolidays.
Therefore, in order to please your appetite and satisfy your hunger, you need to play the holidays game with some of the nutritive delicacies America has to offer. Because, after all, it is Holidays are just like any other Holidays, especially for children.
